Newsom's latest attack on Agriculture
In the Governor's recent executive order N-7-22, it states that no new wells or refurbishment unless the owner can show no harm to surrounding owners. This will be controlled by county groundwater authorities. Effectively this is the beginning of the end for white land owners as they will need the approval of the Have’s.
